一般疑问句吗?以一般现在时态为例：
系动词 +主语+表语?改为主+系+表.
比如：Is he a student?-------------He is a student.
再比如：Are you tired?------------You are tired./I am tired.
Do/Does 主 + 动作?改为主+谓+（宾）.
比如：Does Tom like playing football?--------------Tom likes playing footbal.
再比如：Do you have a pencil?------------------I have a pencil./You have a pencil.
