This story is about an old fisherman named Satiago in Cuba. He used to be excellent, strong and powerful, however, in his later years, he couldn't act as young as he was and he lived lonely in a small cottage near the ocean.
The old man looks thin and pine but his eyes as blue as the sea. Satiago made friends with a kid whose name is Manolin. They have interested in the same thing: fishing and softball.
Satiago goes alone to the ocean in one fishing, fished one big fish. The old man got along day after day with it until then discovered this was the big and heavy marlin which one several times bigger than fishing boat. Although knew perfectly well very difficult to win and ever suspicious about himself, but he still did not give up. Afterwards and further, because of the big marlin wound smell fishy brought other crowds of shark snatched the food and Satiago still not lose heart. Finally, Satiago with a huge bone of fish belt the boat. Looked at the bone, the old man asked himself what defeat him and the answer is nothing.
In my opinion, Satiago is strong, generous, clement, caring. Though he defeated by nature, mentally he still a stronger as who faced to the destiny. When he came under attack or pressure come from outside, Satiago advanced bravely and showed his strengthen. He kept his dignity and bravery though he failed in the battle and he is the winner.
A person is not born to be defeated; people do can be destroyed but not defeated. There is no doubt that no one can be perfect. When he admits his disadvantages and makes his effort to fight but not yield to, it doesn’t matter whatever you get a whole marlin or a bone, because the value of his own life has been reflected in the process. He is a victor if he has struggle to his ideal and no matter how hard it is, isn’t it?
People are mightiness and people have their limit. According to some guys like Satiago defy and break though the limits, these limits enlarge again and again and, place a bigger challenge in front of human. Leave alone success or fail, heroes as Satiago should deserve our respect forever e to he comes with the most honorable self-confidence.
Life is an endless chase. Not only its way rough and long but full of frustration, once you dare to fight with self-confident and you are a really winner, forever.

Several days ago, I was shocked by a piece of TV news that a local hospital doctor diagnosed a teenaged child as cardiovascular illness, and all of its symptoms are the same as a grown up. What does it imply? What can we learn from it? Human beings are getting more and more fragile or vulnerable in the course of evolving period? The answer may be difficult to find out. Actually this is an occasional phenomenon, but a serious issue has been reflected behind the scene, that is it has been the right time for us to rethink our life styles, behaviors, accustomed habits, etc. In my humble opinion, I think we should learn to say no to some of our so called bad life style, food structure, and so forth.
Firstly do more outdoor exercises than indoor. Such as watching TV in couch, getting online all through the leisure time.
Secondly walk as possible as you can in stead of driving a car or taking a bus.
Thirdly eat more normal food than some special ones.
Fourthly don’t rely on alleged cure-all instead of physical treatment.
