In modern society ，which emphasis on management and the importance of information ,Information management is a new discipline.It covers several fields such as management systems, systems science, operations research, statistics and computer science,and in the basis of these disciplines , information collection and processing formed，and then a all-inclusive system formed.It can provide information, support, or organize the operation, management and make decisions for enterprises.
In this article,we mainly introce the design based on JSP's University Staff Management System, which is to rely on the school management.Now the file management level of our primary and middle schools still remain in the extent of paper recording,which can not adapt to the development of times, because it wastes a lot of human and material resources.However,by designing Staff Management System,we can make the information to be managed more standardized,figured out more scientific,queried quicker so that we can rece the workload of management and unnecessary loss.And the system mainly uses JSP as the programming language, the use of technology is JavaBean + Servlet + JSP, database uses SQLserver 2000, the connection server is Tomcat, involving the development of tools DreamWeaver + JDK, the project type is B / S (Browser / server), development model is the MVC development model into the model layer, logic layer, interface layer.This system can meet the needs of the medium and small management staff of University College.
The system mainly includes news information management, staff information management , learning file management. What's more,the system is easy to operate, easy to use, interactive and of high reliability.

Information manage is a new course,it is involved in various areas, such as,Management Information Systems,Systems Science,Operational Research,Statistics and computer science,to come to the information collect and process on the sic of these subjects. However,this system used JSP as programming language, the technology included JavaBean+Servlet+JSP and the data base used SQLserver 2000,servicer is used for contact with Tomcat,the involved tools are DreamWeaver+JDK ,project style is B/S (browser and servicer),the develop model is MVC develop model,seperated as Model layer,Business Logic and boundary layer. Use this system could meet with the demind of most middle school and primary school teacher manage. The system are main included news management, school teacher Information Management and study document management . This system is easy to operate and use convenient ,high adaptability and high reliability.
