摘要：Methods and DNA constructs are provided for the expression of a fungal acetylxylan esterase gene in microbial hosts. A purified fungal acetyl xylan esterase is obtainedwhich is suited for the use as an accessory enzyme in the degradation of acetylatedxylans.
